Samir Zemse is a Civil Engineer from RVD University and an MBA(Marketing & HR) from Sikkim Manipal University. He has extensive experience of 19 years in large scale projects and their complete end-to-end execution.
Samir brings his industry expertise to the operational challenges at RAAY Foundation building robust processes for project implementation. His superlative planning and strategy makes sure there is high impact on ground for all RAAY Foundation initiatives.
