Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

RAAY Foundation’s intervention in Education started in 2015 with a belief that the progress of nation is only possible through the spread of education. At RAAY financial aids are designed to help students to pay for an under graduate or graduate degree. Investment in youth provides returns that benefit both the youth in particular and the country’s economic growth in general. The prime objective of this foundation is to provide scholarships to deserving and talented students who want to fulfil their dreams of pursuing higher education but due to lack of resources they have to quit their ambitions. RAAY Foundation is serving the under privileged students to make them enable for chasing their academic dreams.
This initiative is designed to bridge educational gaps and address inequalities faced by children from underprivileged backgrounds. By providing structured academic support, RAAY Foundation ensures that students receive the guidance they need to build a strong foundation in their formative years.
The program focuses on primary and secondary school students from economically disadvantaged communities, with dedicated sessions in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English. Classes are conducted regularly in a structured manner to ensure continuity and effective learning. Our team of trained educators and committed volunteers not only provide academic guidance but also extend emotional support, creating a nurturing and encouraging learning environment. Through personalized attention and consistent mentoring, the program plays a vital role in reducing dropout rates and improving overall academic performance. Beyond classroom learning, the initiative also supports co-curricular and developmental activities that contribute to the holistic growth of each child.
By fostering inclusive learning environments, enabling children to successfully complete their education, and nurturing confidence and capability, this initiative is helping shape a future generation that is skilled, self-reliant, and socially responsible.

At RAAY Foundation, our Mentoring Program is thoughtfully designed to provide holistic guidance and support to young individuals by pairing them with dedicated MSW (Master of Social Work) student volunteers. This unique model creates a safe and relatable environment where mentees feel comfortable expressing themselves, sharing their challenges, and seeking guidance. By connecting them with trained MSW students, who bring both academic understanding and empathy, we ensure that the mentoring relationship is built on trust, consistency, and mutual respect.
Through a structured series of activities including life skills sessions, academic guidance, career awareness workshops, and confidence-building exercises mentees receive well-rounded support that contributes to their personal and educational growth. These interactions not only help improve decision-making, communication, and self-esteem but also provide a sense of direction and motivation for the future. At the same time, the program offers MSW students valuable hands-on field experience, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-life community settings, deepen their understanding of social issues, and develop practical skills in mentoring, facilitation, and relationship-building.
By fostering this two-way learning ecosystem, the Mentoring Program creates meaningful impact empowering mentees to navigate their journeys with confidence while shaping socially conscious, skilled future professionals in the field of social work.
RAAY Foundation has currently partnered with the leading NGOs, PRERANA, KEF, SAMPARC and SNEHASADAN to identify beneficiaries for scholarship from the under privileged community for whom education is dream.
