Program Manager
Jyotsna Barla is the Program Manager of RAAY Foundation. She has around more than a decade of
experience in the social sector. Jyotsna plays a large role in leading the RAAY Programs which include
Scholarships, Life Skills, Women Empowerment and Livelihood. She is innovative and takes new
initiatives for designing and implementing the RAAY Programs.
